Talon and Bark Falconry Booking, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Our Booking and Cancellation Policies can also be found in your Invoice on page 2.

Booking Policy

  • Upon receiving your booking request and providing an invoice, your requested date will be held for you, pending payment, for 72 hours and will not be available to other booking requests. 

  • Payment must be sent within those 72 hours in order to guarantee that your date has been reserved for your experience.

  • If payment is not received, the date will be re-opened for others to book and will not be guaranteed available for you.​​

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your session at least 10 days prior to your booked date, Talon and Bark Falconry refunds your payment in full.

  • If you cancel between 3 and 10 days prior to your booked date, Talon and Bark Falconry refunds 50% of your full payment.

  • If you cancel your session less than 72 hours prior to your booked date, or do not arrive to your session without forewarning, the full payment is forfeit to Talon and Bark Falconry.

Reschedule Policy

  • You will have the option to reschedule your session if you need to for any reason instead of cancelling your session. Please call Emily at 705-920-3177 or email at talonbarkfalconry@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule should the need arise.

  • Talon and Bark Falconry will try to avoid rescheduling due to concerns on our end as much as possible, with the exception of inclement weather. No reschedule fee is applied for reschedules resulting from a concern on our end or due to inclement weather. 

  • A rescheduling fee of $30.00, which must be sent on the date of your rescheduling request applies to your first reschedule request, with the exception of an emergency situation resulting in the rescheduling. Talon and Bark Falconry reserves the right to determine if the cause qualifies as an emergency situation or not. 

  • A second rescheduling request will result in the forfeit of your payment and the cancellation of your booking. At this point, purchasing a new falconry experience booking will be required to join us.
